About the role

Teansoft is seeking an experienced leader for our Strategy & Operations team.

This person will come with deep analytical expertise and strong executive and interpersonal skills to develop collaborative growth strategies and drive operational improvements across the business. We are looking for someone who can produce insights, conceptualize and test new products, and implement experiences. This role will work closely with executive leadership to quantify growth opportunities and help guide our data-driven decision-making. ## What you'll do

  • Develops business strategies at the Corporate, Brand, and Functional levels.
  • Leads the annual strategic planning process and partners closely with Corporate Finance to drive the right strategic decisions and investments
  • Develops and leads strategic transformation initiatives
  • Identifies business issues and developed strategic and financial frameworks to evaluate
  • Works as a trusted thought partner with leaders to inform and influence business strategies
  • Vets new business opportunities against expected outcomes and consumer needs
  • Articulates clear and compelling storylines that drive action
  • Structures and monitors the work of multiple groups and projects
  • Develops and mentors junior team members
