TEC People zoekt een technisch werkvoorbereider met sterke technische bagage. Ben jij een ervaren storingstechnieker die graag meer verantwoordelijkheid opneemt, maar wél nog graag aanwezig is op de werkvloer? Technische expertise combineren met organisatorisch talent? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap. Voor een voedingsbedrijf regio Kortrijk zoeken wij een Technisch Werkvoorbereider in een vaste vroege ploeg. Je komt als werkvoorbereider terecht in een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in o.a. de productie van hoogwaardige zuivel en voedingsproducten.

Jouw rol als meewerkend technisch werkvoorbereider? Je verdeelt jouw tijd tussen planning en administratie (+/- 25%) en ondersteuning van het technisch team op de werkvloer (ongeveer 75%).

Jouw taken? - Opmaken, voorbereiden en opvolgen van werkorders. - Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de technische dienst. - Ondersteunen van techniekers bij complexe storingen en technische interventies. - Uitvoeren van interventies aan productie-installaties en verpakkingslijnen wanneer nodig. - Organiseren van ploegoverdrachten en rapporteren aan de Maintenance Manager. - Voorbereiden van preventieve onderhoudswerken. - Begeleiden en opleiden van nieuwe techniekers. - Mee uitwerken van technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of elektromechanieker binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, ploegleiding of technische coördinatie, of je bent klaar om deze stap te zetten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je combineert technische kennis met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een vaste vroege ploeg van 6u tot 14u.
