De consultants integreren zich rechtstreeks in de teams van de klanten en leveren operationele expertise in complexe technische omgevingen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Project Engineer HVAC krijg je de kans om technische vraagstukken te vertalen naar betrouwbare klimaat- en ventilatieoplossingen binnen veeleisende omgevingen in Life Sciences en Oil & Gas. Je werkt op het raakvlak van engineering, projectuitvoering en samenwerking: van de eerste analyse van een behoefte tot de opvolging van ontwerp, installatie en ingebruikname. In projecten waar veiligheid, kwaliteit, energieprestaties en continuïteit centraal staan, draag je bij aan oplossingen die niet alleen technisch correct zijn, maar ook praktisch uitvoerbaar en afgestemd op de prioriteiten van de klant. Je maakt deel uit van een omgeving waarin consultants rechtstreeks samenwerken met technische teams en waarin jouw frisse blik wordt gewaardeerd. Samen met ervaren collega’s onderzoek je mogelijkheden, stel je gerichte vragen en bouw je stap voor stap expertise op. Er is ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, bij te leren en jouw aanpak verder te ontwikkelen, met collectieve intelligentie als basis voor concrete resultaten.

  • Ondersteunen van HVAC-engineeringactiviteiten binnen industriële, farmaceutische en technische projecten.
  • Uitwerken en controleren van technische berekeningen, schema’s, specificaties en ontwerpdocumenten.
  • Analyseren van ventilatie-, verwarmings-, koel- en klimaatbeheersingsbehoeften.
  • Opvolgen van ontwerpwijzigingen, technische interfaces, planning en openstaande acties.
  • Samenwerken met projectmanagers, multidisciplinaire engineeringteams, leveranciers en uitvoerende partijen.
  • Bijdragen aan technische vergaderingen, rapportering, kwaliteitscontroles en documentbeheer.
  • Ondersteunen bij installatie, testen, commissioning en het oplossen van technische aandachtspunten.
  • Bewaken van geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits-, milieu- en sectorspecifieke voorschriften.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een beginnende ingenieur die nieuwsgierig is naar complexe technische installaties en graag leert door mee te werken aan concrete projecten. Je hoeft niet alle antwoorden al te kennen: we verwachten vooral een stevige technische basis, een onderzoekende houding en de bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. In Life Sciences en Oil & Gas komen nauwkeurigheid, traceerbaarheid en veiligheidsbewustzijn samen met een sterke focus op samenwerking. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je technische informatie helder kunt verwerken, vragen durft te stellen en zorgvuldig communiceert met verschillende gesprekspartners. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht over acties en documenten en blijft aandachtig wanneer omstandigheden of projectvereisten veranderen. Vanuit jouw opleiding en eerste ervaring ontwikkel je je verder in ontwerp, opvolging en realisatie van HVAC-systemen. Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw perspectief in te brengen, terwijl je kunt rekenen op samenwerking met collega’s die hun kennis actief delen. Zo groeit jouw expertise mee met de projecten waaraan je bijdraagt.

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in werktuigbouwkunde, elektromechanica, energietechnologie, installatietechniek of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Van 0 tot 2 jaar professionele ervaring; stages, studentenprojecten of een eerste relevante projectervaring zijn een pluspunt.
  • Interesse in HVAC, building services, industriële installaties, procesomgevingen of technische projectengineering.
  • Basiskennis van warmteoverdracht, ventilatie, koeling, verwarming en relevante technische documentatie.
  • Vermogen om technische tekeningen, schema’s en specificaties te lezen en zorgvuldig te interpreteren.
  • Een analytische en nauwgezette werkstijl, met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en deadlines.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bereidheid om in multidisciplinaire teams te werken.
  • Bereidheid om op locatie bij klanten te werken en je verder te ontwikkelen in een technische consultancyomgeving.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
