Over de vacature

Voor onze toonaangevende klant in de regio Beerse zoeken we een Senior Automation Engineer met een sterke PCS 7-achtergrond.

Je komt terecht in het Life Sciences-team en geeft operationele support op een farmaceutische productiesite. Je zorgt ervoor dat de PCS 7-systemen betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Changes volg je op binnen de validatiestroom. Voor alle PCS 7-vragen ben jij het aanspreekpunt: je legt complexe technische zaken helder uit aan de klant en overtuigt met argumenten. Daarnaast werk je mee aan automatisatieprojecten en shutdowns. De site breidt sterk uit, dus er komen ook mooie projecten aan. Je werkt vier dagen per week op de site en één dag van thuis.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Operationeel houden van de PCS 7-systemen, inclusief storingsanalyse en optimalisatie
  • Opvolging van changes van aanvraag tot uitvoering, volgens de change- en validatieprocedures van de site (GMP)
  • Beantwoorden van technische PCS 7-vragen en vertaling naar heldere oplossingen voor de klant
  • Uitvoering van aanpassingen in CFC, SFC en WinCC/OS
  • Bijdrage aan automatisatieprojecten en uitbreidingen op de site
  • Voorbereiding en uitvoering van automatisatiewerk tijdens shutdowns
  • Opmaak en actualisatie van technische en validatiedocumentatie
  • Afstemming met collega’s die de DeltaV-systemen (Emerson) beheren
  • Bijdrage aan de verdere uitbouw van het Life Sciences-team

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent een echte PCS 7-specialist met meerdere jaren ervaring (CFC, SFC, WinCC/OS, APL).
  • Kennis van DeltaV is een plus.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk: je overtuigt de klant met argumenten en neemt ownership.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt proactief mee en houdt het overzicht, ook als het druk is.
  • Ervaring in een gereguleerde omgeving (farma, GMP, validatie, change management) is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
