Atuar na Gestão de Riscos de Terceiros, conduzindo avaliações de criticidade, due diligence, análise de riscos e controles, monitoramento e acompanhamento de planos de ação durante todo o ciclo de relacionamento com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.

O profissional deverá transformar informações técnicas, documentais e de negócio em análises objetivas de risco, apoiando decisões de contratação, manutenção, renovação ou tratamento dos riscos associados aos terceiros.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Conduzir a avaliação de risco de fornecedores e terceiros, desde a classificação inicial até o monitoramento periódico. Avaliar a criticidade do terceiro e do serviço contratado, considerando impacto operacional, dependência, concentração, substituibilidade, acesso a dados, sistemas, infraestrutura e relevância para processos críticos. Executar e analisar processos de due diligence, avaliando documentação, questionários, evidências, controles e eventuais fragilidades identificadas. Identificar e avaliar riscos relacionados a:

risco operacional; continuidade de negócios; segurança da informação e cibersegurança; privacidade e proteção de dados; tecnologia, cloud e serviços críticos de TI; compliance e integridade; risco legal/regulatório; risco reputacional; concentração e dependência de terceiros; subcontratação e quarta parte.

Avaliar risco inerente, efetividade dos controles e risco residual, conforme metodologia corporativa. Elaborar pareceres de risco, indicando exposição, fragilidades, controles mitigadores, recomendações e necessidade de planos de ação. Acompanhar os planos de ação dos terceiros e áreas internas, controlando responsáveis, prazos, evidências e pendências. Realizar o monitoramento periódico dos fornecedores críticos e de maior risco, identificando alterações relevantes no perfil de risco. Apoiar as áreas contratantes na definição de requisitos de risco para novas contratações, renovações e alterações relevantes de serviços. Interagir com áreas especialistas, como Segurança da Informação, Privacidade, Jurídico, Compliance, Continuidade, Tecnologia, Suprimentos e áreas de negócio. Acompanhar KRIs, KPIs e indicadores de Gestão de Terceiros, identificando tendências, desvios e situações que demandem escalonamento. Desenvolver dashboards, análises e reportes executivos de exposição a riscos de terceiros. Apoiar a manutenção e evolução da metodologia de Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). Manter documentação, histórico e evidências das avaliações para suportar governança, auditorias e demandas regulatórias. Apoiar iniciativas de automação e melhoria contínua do processo de Gestão de Terceiros.

Requisitos e qualificações Superior completo em áreas como: Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia, Estatística, Tecnologia, Direito, ou áreas correlatas.

Pós-graduação especialização em Gestão de Riscos, Controles Internos, Governança, Compliance, Auditoria ou aéreas relacionadas será diferencial.

Experiência relevante em: Gestão de riscos corporativos e/ou operacionais ERM-Enterprise Risk Management Riscos e controles internos RAS/Risk Appetite Statement Indicadores de riscos e KRIs Avaliação da efetividade de controles Gestão de perdas e eventos operacionais Planos de ação e acompanhamento de recomendações. Preparação de materiais para comitês e alta administração.

Experiência em instituições financeiras, meios de pagamento, infraestrutura financeira, tecnologia ou ambientes regulados será diferencial.

Conhecimentos técnicos desejáveis: Frameworks de

Gestão de riscos e controles COSOERMISO31000 Conceitos de Basileia relacionados a risco operacional. Normativos aplicáveis do Banco Central Gestão de riscos de terceiros Controles internos e testes de efetividade Construção de indicadores e dashboards Excel avançado Power BI Power Point em nível executivo.
