Aktuell suchen wir 1 Projektleiter_in (m/w/d) - Passive Fahrzeugsicherheit Vollzeit Gratkorn

Deine Aufgaben

* Planung, Organisation und Koordination technisch anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte von der Beauftragung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss

* Erstellung und Überwachung von Terminplänen, Meilensteinen und Abnahmekriterien

* Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden sowie professionelle Abstimmung von Terminen, Projektstatus, Änderungen, Risiken und Abnahmen

* Koordination von Ressourcen, Aufgaben und Schnittstellen zwischen den Fachbereichen

* Planung und Koordination von Versuchen, Simulationen und technischen Auswertungen

* Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Termin- und Planungsabweichungen

* Bewertung und Dokumentation von Änderungen, Auswirkungen und Projektrisiken

* Sicherstellung der Qualität von Projektergebnissen und Leistungsnachweisen sowie Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung der beteiligten Mitarbeitenden

* Regelmäßiges und transparentes Projekt-Reporting zur Information interner und externer Stakeholder über Status, Fortschritt, Termine und Risiken

* Organisation und Moderation von Meilenstein-Reviews und Projektabnahmen sowie Dokumentation

* Begleitung des Projektabschlusses (Leistungen, Ressourcen, Budget, Rechnungslegung)

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität), vorzugsweise in Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der passiven Fahrzeugsicherheit, insbesondere Insassenschutz, Crashversuche oder Crashsimulation

* Berufserfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld, idealerweise in technischer Projektleitung, Versuchstechnik oder Simulation

* Verständnis relevanter gesetzlicher Anforderungen und Bewertungsverfahren (z. B. UN/ECE, FMVSS, Euro NCAP)

* Erfahrung in Projektplanung, Ressourcenkoordination und Kostenüberwachung

* Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Von Vorteil sind:

** Praktische Erfahrung mit Fahrzeugcrashversuchen, Schlittenversuchen oder Komponentenprüfungen

** Kenntnisse in numerischer Simulation (FEM/CAE), insbesondere LS-DYNA

** Erfahrung in der Steuerung interdisziplinärer technischer Projektteams

** Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling und in der technischen Angebotskalkulation
