Om stillingen

Vi søger en bogholder/økonomimedarbejder til vores kontor i Vejle Ø. Vi er 50 medarbejdere og leverer automationsløsninger, software, tavler, installation og service til industrien.

Du bliver en vigtig del af administrationen og får ansvar for en stor del af den daglige økonomifunktion. Hos os sidder økonomien ikke isoleret: Du får en bred kontaktflade og arbejder tæt sammen med kolleger på tværs af virksomheden. Samtidig får du mulighed for at udvikle både arbejdsgange og økonomifunktionen i takt med dine erfaringer og interesser.

Vi bruger Uniconta som ERP- og økonomisystem. Erfaring med Uniconta er en fordel, men ikke et krav, hvis du kender andre økonomi- eller ERP-systemer.

Det står du for

  • Daglig bogføring og kontering i Uniconta
  • Kreditor- og debitorbogholderi
  • Fakturering og opfølgning på debitorer
  • Momsafstemning og klargøring til momsindberetning
  • Løbende afstemninger relateret til lager og produktion
  • Assistance ved månedsafslutning og rapportering
  • Klargøring og afstemninger i forbindelse med årsregnskabet
  • Kontakt til kunder og leverandører om økonomiske forhold
  • Lønadministration – beregning og udbetaling
  • Forefaldende administrative opgaver

Din uddannelse er ikke det afgørende. Det vigtigste for os er, at du har praktisk erfaring med bogholderi og tager ansvar for dine opgaver. Vi forestiller os, at du

  • arbejder struktureret og systematisk og har sans for detaljen
  • kan arbejde selvstændigt og får dine opgaver afsluttet
  • gerne har erfaring fra en produktions-, projekt- eller handelsvirksomhed
  • er nysgerrig på forretningen og sammenhængen mellem økonomi, indkøb, lager og produktion
  • er positiv, hjælpsom og trives med en uformel omgangstone.
