Position: Export-Import Customer Service

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: RM 1,700 RM 2,500

Location: E-2-16, Level 2, Sunsuria Forum, Jalan Setia Dagang U13/AL, Setia Alam, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual? Join our growing team as an Export-Import Customer Service Executive!

In this role, youll handle international client communication, support import-export operations, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients via email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms
  • Prepare and issue documents such as invoices, catalogs, quotations, and shipping papers
  • Coordinate with internal teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Monitor activity on e-commerce and B2B platforms and respond to inquiries
  • Resolve customer queries promptly to maintain satisfaction
  • Assist with content creation, social media updates, and digital marketing activities

Job Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with international trade procedures and logistics
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds or internships in export-import or customer service are encouraged to apply
