Preparar equipamentos, acessórios, consumíveis de soldagem e corte e peças a serem soldadas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSoldar peças metálicas, utilizando equipamento apropriado, para unir, reforçar ou reparar peças ou conjuntos mecânicos. .Examinar as peças a serem soldadas, consultar desenhos, especificações ou outras instruções, para organizar o roteiro de trabalho.Executar a solda, aproximando o eletrodo da peça até formar um arco elétrico, deslocando-o convenientemente ao longo da linha de junção, para constituir o cordão de soldagem.Retirar das partes soldadas o excesso de solda através de esmeril, a fim de dar acabamento final do trabalho.Propor soluções técnicas para conclusão de casos que exijam tratamento diferenciado.Anotar os materiais a serem utilizados nos diversos serviços, encaminhando os itens faltantes para providências de compras, de forma a evitar atrasos e interrupções nos serviços.Zelar pela segurança individual e coletiva, utilizando equipamentos de proteção apropriados, quando da execução dos serviços.Zelar pela guarda, conservação, manutenção e limpeza dos equipamentos, instrumentos e materiais utilizados, bem como do local de trabalho.Executar outras tarefas correlatas, conforme necessidade ou a critério de seu superior.Respeitar e cumprir todas as normas, orientações, instruções e/ou procedimentos de segurança do trabalho e utilizar corretamente os EPI’s fornecidos pela empresa.Cumprir as políticas, as regras, o código de conduta e todos os procedimentos internos aplicados ao cargo (qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança, recursos humanos e operacionais de sua área de atuação) e participar dos treinamentos internos e/ou externos solicitados pela empresa.Realizar atividades correlatas e inerentes ao cargo de atuação.Buscar a melhoria contínua do processo que trabalha.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino médio completoOutros: NR33/NR35/NR20
