The posting

1. Memimpin dan mengendalikan pelaksanaan seluruh fungsi operasional perusahaan asuransi jiwa syariah, termasuk proses kepesertaan, pelayanan peserta, pengelolaan polis, dan pengelolaan dokumen, sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan dan ketentuan OJK.

2. Memastikan seluruh proses operasional dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, fatwa DSN-MUI, serta ketentuan OJK yang mengatur penyelenggaraan usaha perasuransian syariah.

3. Mengendalikan proses penerbitan dan pengelolaan polis asuransi jiwa syariah agar dilakukan secara akurat, tepat waktu, terdokumentasi, dan dapat ditelusuri (traceable).

4. Mengendalikan kualitas layanan kepada peserta asuransi jiwa syariah, termasuk penanganan permintaan layanan dan pengaduan peserta, sesuai dengan ketentuan perlindungan konsumen sektor jasa keuangan.

5. Bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan dokumen kepesertaan dan dokumen operasional lainnya dilakukan secara aman, tertib, dan sesuai dengan ketentuan retensi dokumen perusahaan dan regulator.

6. Mengidentifikasi, memantau, dan mengendalikan risiko operasional, termasuk risiko kepatuhan dan risiko syariah, serta mengusulkan langkah mitigasi dan perbaikan proses secara berkelanjutan.

7. Berkoordinasi dengan Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS), unit Kepatuhan, dan unit Manajemen Risiko dalam rangka memastikan kesesuaian operasional dengan prinsip syariah dan ketentuan regulator.

8. Menetapkan dan mengevaluasi Key Performance Indicator (KPI) operasional untuk memastikan efektivitas dan kualitas penyelenggaraan operasional asuransi jiwa syariah.

9. Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan kinerja operasional asuransi jiwa syariah secara berkala kepada Direktur IT & Operations, termasuk isu kepatuhan dan tindak lanjut perbaikan.

10. Memastikan penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance), pengendalian internal, dan prinsip kehati-hatian pada seluruh aktivitas operasional perusahaan.

Requirements

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Manajemen, Ekonomi, Hukum, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang relevan lainnya.
  2. Wajib memiliki sertifikasi FIIS sebagai kompetensi profesional di bidang asuransi jiwa syariah.
  3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 8–10 tahun di industri asuransi jiwa, khususnya dalam bidang operasional asuransi jiwa syariah.
  4. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun dalam posisi manajerial atau memimpin fungsi operasional perusahaan asuransi.
  5. Memiliki pemahaman mendalam mengenai proses operasional asuransi jiwa syariah, meliputi policy administration, penerbitan polis, pengelolaan data kepesertaan, pelayanan nasabah, dan pengelolaan dokumen.
  6. Memahami prinsip dan akad asuransi syariah, fatwa DSN-MUI, serta ketentuan dan regulasi OJK terkait penyelenggaraan usaha asuransi jiwa syariah.
  7. Memiliki pengalaman dalam penyusunan dan implementasi kebijakan, prosedur operasional, serta pengendalian internal untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan prinsip syariah.
  8. Memahami manajemen risiko operasional, kepatuhan, tata kelola perusahaan (Good Corporate Governance), serta koordinasi dengan Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS).
  9. Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengembangkan dan mengoptimalkan proses operasional, meningkatkan kualitas layanan nasabah, serta memastikan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan.
  10. Memiliki kemampuan leadership, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, problem solving, dan stakeholder management yang baik.
