Who We Are

Techdome builds websites, mobile apps, brand experiences, and search-driven growth for clients across the globe. Most of our best client relationships began with a single, well-crafted proposal on Upwork. Now we’re looking for the person who writes it.

The Role

This isn’t a “send 50 bids a day” job. You’ll be the first voice our clients hear, owning the journey from spotting a high-fit opportunity to signing the contract. You’ll cover Web & App Development, UI/UX & Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing/SEO, and your work will directly drive our pipeline and revenue.

What You’ll Own

Find the right work

  • Scout and shortlist Upwork jobs that match our strengths, and skip the ones that don’t
  • Spend Connects strategically, focusing on quality leads over volume

Win the conversation

  • Write personalized proposals that speak to each client’s problem (no templates, no recycled pitches)
  • Handle the full conversation: first reply, discovery, scoping, negotiation, and closing
  • Negotiate scope, pricing, and timelines within company guidelines

Build a team around every bid

  • Partner with developers, designers, and marketers to produce realistic estimates and timelines
  • Make sure what we promise is what we can deliver

Keep our brand sharp

  • Maintain and refresh our Upwork profile, portfolio, and case studies
  • Adapt to Upwork’s algorithm updates and best practices

Measure and improve

  • Track bids, replies, interviews, conversions, and revenue
  • Share regular performance reports with insights on what’s working and what to change

What You Bring

Must have

  • 1+ years of Upwork bidding experience for an IT services company or agency
  • Proven track record of closed deals and repeat clients
  • Excellent written English and a knack for persuasive proposal writing
  • Solid understanding of Upwork’s bidding process, Connects system, and job-matching
  • Working knowledge of web/app development, design, and digital marketing, enough to scope projects credibly
  • Confidence in negotiation and client communication
  • Experience with a CRM or lead-tracking tool (LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus)

Nice to have

  • Experience on Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, or similar platforms
  • Experience with international clients across time zones
  • Basic estimation and technical scoping skills
