Náplň práce:- Komplexní a samostatné zajišťování materiálně-technického zásobování pro celou organizaci- Sledování a evidence hmotného a nehmotného investičního i neinvestičního majetku, sledování a evidence skladových zásob- Zajišťuje správu majetku vlastního i svěřeného, vede účetní evidenci majetku na kartách majetku, aktualizuje jejich změny a doplňuje karty o prováděných změnách- Zpracovává a realizuje požadavky na nákup materiálových zásob, ochranných osobních pracovních prostředků, nářadí a PHM na základě dokladů o nákupech majetku podléhajících skladové evidenci neprodleně provádí jejich příjem na sklad, výdeje OOPP vede na jednotlivých kartách zaměstnanců všech oddělení- Společně se skladnicí odpovídá za řádné uložení skladových zásob, vede evidenci o jejich pohybu- Zodpovídá za řádný chod a organizování skladů a další- Zastupuje hlavní účetníPožadujeme:- Úplné střední vzdělání s maturitou, ekonomického směru- Praxi minimálně 3 roky na obdobné pozici, práce v příspěvkové organizaci výhodou- Řidičské oprávnění sk. B - aktivní řidič/ka- Znalost práce na PC - Word, Excel, Outlook, znalost IS Helios Green výhodou, znalost personalistiky výhodou- Dobré organizační a komunikační schopnosti- Samostatnost, proaktivní přístup a zájem učit se novým věcemNabízíme:- Plat je určen platovou tabulkou zaměstnanců veřejného sektoru 9. platová třída v rozmezí 25 190,- Kč - 36 210,-Kč ( dle vzdělání a délky započitatelné praxe-zaručený plat 31360,- Kč) + osobní ohodnocení po zapracování + čtvrtletní odměny- 5 týdnů dovolené, stravenky, benefity FKSP - životní a penzijní připojištění
