Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde onderneming in de glasindustrie in de regio Lissewege. In deze productieomgeving wordt glas verwerkt met moderne machines en geautomatiseerde productielijnen.Je maakt deel uit van een productieploeg waar collega's samenwerken om het proces veilig en efficiënt te laten verlopen. Je krijgt een interne opleiding, leert de installaties grondig kennen en kunt verschillende attesten behalen. Zo krijg je de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen en meer vertrouwen te krijgen in je job.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bedient computergestuurde snijmachines om glas op maat te versnijden en let daarbij op een efficiënt materiaalgebruik.
  • Je volgt de machine-instellingen op en grijpt in wanneer bijsturing nodig is.
  • Je voorziet de assemblagelijn van het versneden glas, zodat het productieproces vlot blijft verlopen.
  • Je brengt afstandhouders in de juiste volgorde aan en volgt de verdere verwerking van het glas op.
  • Je neemt het glas van de productielijn en zorgt ervoor dat het correct op transportbokken wordt vastgezet.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit en merkt afwijkingen of problemen tijdig op.
  • Je volgt de veiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet op, zeker bij het hanteren van glas.
  • Je hebt al ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving en weet wat werken met machines inhoudt.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en leert vlot nieuwe installaties en werkmethodes kennen.
  • Je denkt logisch na en begrijpt dat elke stap in het productieproces belangrijk is voor het eindresultaat.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft in te grijpen wanneer je een probleem of afwijking opmerkt.
  • Je werkt veilig en volgt instructies correct op.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands om vlot met collega's te communiceren.
  • Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer of een andere betrouwbare manier om in Lissewege te geraken.

Ervaring in de glasindustrie is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw ervaring als operator en je bereidheid om bij te leren zijn vooral belangrijk.
