Je komt terecht bij een internationaal logistiek familiebedrijf in Zeebrugge. Vanuit een moderne en sterk geautomatiseerde magazijnomgeving worden goederen verwerkt en vervoerd tussen het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Ierland en het Europese vasteland.Je maakt deel uit van een team waarin collega's op elkaar rekenen. Een praktische ingesteldheid, initiatief en veilig werken zijn hier belangrijk. Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen: je krijgt de kans om de werking van het magazijn en de installaties stap voor stap te leren kennen.

Jobomschrijving

Je werkt in een groot, automatisch magazijn waar goederen via transportsystemen en installaties worden verplaatst. Wanneer er iets vastloopt, kom jij in actie.

  • Je controleert waar palletten geblokkeerd zitten en probeert ze opnieuw vrij te maken.
  • Je verwijdert obstakels zoals plastic folie of houten onderdelen die tussen de installaties vastzitten.
  • Je onderzoekt de oorzaak van kleine problemen en zorgt ervoor dat het proces opnieuw verder kan.
  • Je voert kleine onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit.
  • Je houdt de werkplek, installaties en goederen mee in goede staat.
  • Je signaleert grotere technische problemen aan de storingstechnieker.
  • Je werkt steeds veilig en gaat zorgvuldig om met het materiaal en de installaties.
  • Je bent handig en hebt graag een praktische job waarbij je actief bezig bent.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en denkt logisch na wanneer iets niet werkt.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en blijft rustig wanneer er iets misloopt.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees en voelt je comfortabel bij werkzaamheden tussen magazijnrekken op hoogte.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Engels.
