Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf in professionele horeca- en grootkeukenapparatuur. Je werkt voor een vast klantenbestand in de regio, waardoor je verplaatsingen doorgaans beperkt blijven. Het aanbod omvat toestellen van verschillende kwaliteitsmerken, met een sterke aanwezigheid van professionele vaatwastechniek. Je maakt deel uit van een team met ervaren techniekers en collega's op kantoor die hun kennis delen en elkaar ondersteunen. Open communicatie en de inbreng van iedere medewerker zijn belangrijk.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je vertrekt van thuis uit met je servicewagen en gaat langs bij klanten voor onderhoud en herstellingen aan professionele horeca- en grootkeukenapparatuur.
  • Je spoort storingen op aan onder meer vaatwasmachines, ovens en kookapparatuur en probeert deze zo efficiënt mogelijk op te lossen.
  • Je analyseert technische defecten en bepaalt of je de herstelling meteen kunt uitvoeren of dat er wisselstukken nodig zijn.
  • Je haalt indien nodig wisselstukken op in het magazijn en stemt bestellingen af met je collega's op kantoor.
  • Je helpt klanten verder met een professionele en klantgerichte aanpak en zorgt voor een nette uitvoering van je werk.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische basis, bij voorkeur in elektriciteit en elektronica, en kunt storingen logisch analyseren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met technische installaties of herstellingen en zoekt graag naar de oorzaak van een defect in plaats van alleen het probleem aan te pakken.
  • Je bent bereid je verder te verdiepen in verschillende toestellen, merken en technische procedures.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en proper en houdt rekening met de verwachtingen van de klant.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en vindt het prettig om zelfstandig op verplaatsing te werken, met ondersteuning van collega's wanneer dat nodig is.
