The posting

Je komt terecht in een familiale KMO met meer dan 200 medewerkers waar techniek en vakmanschap centraal staan. Hier kent men elkaar nog bij naam en krijg je de ruimte om beter te worden in je vak. Door de groei van het bedrijf zijn er heel wat mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Geen job waar je elke dag hetzelfde trucje uitvoert, maar een technische omgeving waar jouw werk zichtbaar resultaat oplevert.

Jobomschrijving

Als operator laser zorg jij ervoor dat metalen onderdelen correct van de machine komen. Jij stelt de machines in, houdt het proces in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit altijd op nummer één staat.Jouw werkdag bestaat uit:

  • instellen en bedienen van een robotgestuurde lasersnijmachine
  • aanpassen en controleren van parameters en programma’s
  • opvolgen van maatvoering en toleranties
  • controleren van afgewerkte stukken op kwaliteit
  • bedienen van een walsmachine om metalen platen en profielen te vormen
  • verplaatsen van materialen met heftruck en rolbrug
  • ondersteunen bij verschillende atelierwerkzaamheden zoals boren, zagen en eenvoudige montage
  • zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkplek

Je werkt in vaste daguren van 8u30 tot 16u30. Geen verrassingen, gewoon duidelijkheid.

We zoeken geen computerpiloot die alleen op knopjes duwt. We zoeken iemand die begrijpt wat er gebeurt wanneer metaal onder een machine komt. Jij:

  • hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of ervaring binnen metaal
  • werkt graag precies en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • leert graag bij en wil machines echt leren kennen
  • hebt ervaring met laser, walsen of CNC? Mooi meegenomen
  • kan werken met een heftruck of rolbrug (of wil dit leren)
  • begrijpt voldoende Nederlands om veilig te kunnen werken
