The posting

Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde productieomgeving waar grondstoffen van dierlijke oorsprong worden verwerkt tot hoogwaardige producten. Er wordt gewerkt in kleine teams waar collega's nauw samenwerken en elkaar ondersteunen. Je krijgt de nodige verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om je werk zelfstandig uit te voeren, zolang het productieproces vlot en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. De productie bestaat uit verschillende afdelingen, waaronder een bloedafdeling en een collageenafdeling. De werkomgeving kan lawaaierig zijn. In de collageenafdeling is er daarnaast stof en een kenmerkende geur aanwezig. In bepaalde taken kom je ook in contact met bloed en varkenshuiden. Het is belangrijk dat je je comfortabel voelt bij deze werkomstandigheden.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor de volledige werking van je afdeling, van de aanvoer van grondstoffen tot het afgewerkte en verpakte product.
  • Je stelt de machines correct in en volgt het productieproces op met aandacht voor rendement en kwaliteit.
  • Je grijpt in bij technische of operationele problemen en schakelt indien nodig de verantwoordelijke of technische dienst in.
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke ploegoverdracht en bewaakt de geldende hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je voert wekelijks reinigingswerken uit en houdt je afdeling netjes.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke elektrische kennis en hebt bij voorkeur een A2-diploma elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Een uitgesproken elektrotechnische achtergrond is noodzakelijk.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht, kunt logisch redeneren en voelt je comfortabel bij geautomatiseerde machines.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, werkt zelfstandig en communiceert vlot met collega's. Ervaring met een heftruck is een pluspunt.
