Je werkt in een familiale onderneming waar verschillende afdelingen samen vrachtwagens en technische installaties opbouwen. Bij je start krijg je begeleiding van ervaren collega's en wordt een peter of meter toegewezen. Zo leer je de werking en de verschillende technieken stap voor stap kennen. Je krijgt de kans om je technische kennis te gebruiken, nieuwe vaardigheden op te bouwen en steeds zelfstandiger te werken.

Jobomschrijving

Je bouwt samen met je collega's vrachtwagens op en zorgt ervoor dat alle onderdelen correct gemonteerd, gelast en aangesloten worden.Concreet ga je:

  • Nieuwe en tweedehands vrachtwagens opbouwen en aanpassen.
  • Kipbakken, kranen en containersystemen monteren.
  • Onderdelen samenstellen aan de hand van technische tekeningen.
  • Met halfautomaatlassen (MIG/MAG) metalen onderdelen verbinden.
  • Hydraulische systemen aansluiten voor onder andere kipinstallaties en kranen.
  • Hydraulische slangen op maat maken en persen.
  • Mechanische onderdelen monteren en stevig bevestigen.
  • Je werk controleren op maatvoering, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Dit verwachten we van jou:

  • Je hebt een opleiding of ervaring in mechanica, elektromechanica, lassen of metaalbewerking.
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen en montage-instructies volgen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met halfautomaatlassen en kunt kwalitatieve lasnaden maken.
  • Je kunt mechanische onderdelen monteren en samenstellen.
  • Je begrijpt de basisprincipes van hydraulica, zoals leidingen, cilinders en aansluitingen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht in materialen, bevestigingen en constructies.
  • Je kunt met gangbaar hand- en elektrisch gereedschap werken.
  • Je controleert je eigen werk en werkt veilig en nauwkeurig.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
