Jobomschrijving

Als productieverantwoordelijke ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt, dat de productie vlot verloopt en dat problemen tijdig worden aangepakt.Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

  • Een team van ongeveer 25 operatoren coördineren, begeleiden en aansturen.
  • Veiligheid als absolute prioriteit bewaken en verbeterpunten voorstellen.
  • Nieuwe medewerkers onthalen, ondersteunen en opvolgen.
  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing van procedures, werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Dagelijkse KPI's opvolgen, resultaten analyseren en feedback geven aan het team.
  • Productieproblemen aanpakken en zoeken naar mogelijkheden om processen efficiënter te maken.
  • Bij afwezigheden zelf inspringen wanneer de productie dat vraagt.
  • Toezien op de kwaliteit van de producten en schadegevallen rapporteren.
  • Meewerken aan het onderzoek van klantenklachten en mogelijke oplossingen om herhaling te voorkomen.
  • Samenwerken met planning, transport, onderhoud en andere afdelingen.
  • Orde en netheid op de werkvloer bewaken.
  • Je bent dus niet iemand die alleen vanuit een bureau leiding geeft. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, weet wat er leeft binnen het team en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Ervaring heeft in een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Eerder een team heeft aangestuurd of verantwoordelijkheid heeft gedragen voor medewerkers.
  • Duidelijk communiceert en medewerkers op een constructieve manier aanspreekt.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit consequent bewaakt.
  • KPI's kan opvolgen en resultaten vertaalt naar concrete acties.
  • Stressbestendig is en snel de juiste prioriteiten kan bepalen.
  • Praktisch ingesteld is en graag actief aanwezig is op de werkvloer.
  • Beslissingen durft te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Vlot schakelt wanneer de planning of productie verandert.
  • Goed samenwerkt met andere afdelingen.
  • Bereid is om in 2 ploegen te werken.
