Je komt terecht in een internationaal metaalbedrijf met verschillende gespecialiseerde afdelingen. Je werkt met industriële machines en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces. Afhankelijk van je ervaring en de afdeling ga je aan de slag als bediener aanvoer, stapelaar of zaagoperator. Je krijgt de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen en verschillende aspecten van de productie te leren kennen.

Jobomschrijving

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Industriële machines bedienen en het productieproces opvolgen.
  • Slijtdelen vervangen en de nodige technische controles uitvoeren.
  • Afwijkingen of problemen tijdig opmerken en melden.
  • Productiegegevens en uitgevoerde handelingen registreren in SAP of een ander informaticasysteem.
  • Met de heftruck producten naar de juiste locatie verplaatsen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • De kwaliteit van het materiaal en de afgewerkte producten controleren.
  • Veiligheids-, netheids- en milieuvoorschriften consequent toepassen.
  • Zelfstandig je werkzaamheden organiseren en zorgvuldig uitvoeren.
  • Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen taken en draagt mee bij aan een veilige, efficiënte productieomgeving.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Een technische opleiding heeft gevolgd of gelijkwaardige kennis heeft opgebouwd via werkervaring.
  • Ervaring heeft met industriële machines of productie-installaties.
  • Technische afwijkingen kan herkennen en gepast kan reageren.
  • Een heftruck kan besturen; een geldig attest is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug heeft, is mooi meegenomen.
  • Nauwkeurig werkt en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt.
  • Zelfstandig beslissingen kan nemen binnen de afgesproken procedures.
  • Veiligheid altijd vooropstelt, ook wanneer de werkdruk toeneemt.
  • Stressbestendig is en het overzicht behoudt bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Voldoende Nederlands begrijpt om technische instructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften correct toe te passen.
