The posting

Je komt terecht in een internationale onderneming binnen de metaalverwerking. Er zijn verschillende afdelingen en machines, waardoor je heel wat technische kennis kunt opbouwen. Je start als hulpoperator en krijgt de kans om door te groeien naar een vaste operatorfunctie. Wie initiatief toont, de werkzaamheden onder de knie krijgt en verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen, kan hier een mooie stap vooruitzetten. Je hoeft dus niet alles al te kennen wanneer je begint. Je moet vooral bereid zijn om te leren en te tonen wat je kunt.

Jobomschrijving

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Machines en productie-installaties bedienen en opvolgen.
  • Slijtdelen vervangen en de nodige controles uitvoeren.
  • Productiegegevens registreren in SAP of een ander computersysteem.
  • Met de heftruck producten naar de juiste locatie brengen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Controleren of het materiaal en de producten aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoen.
  • Veiligheids-, netheids- en milieuvoorschriften volgen.
  • Risicovolle situaties herkennen en vermijden.
  • Zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je taken.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Een technische opleiding heeft gevolgd of gelijkwaardige ervaring heeft.
  • Interesse heeft in machines en industriële productie.
  • Technische afwijkingen kan opmerken en tijdig meldt.
  • Een heftruck kan besturen.
  • Bij voorkeur een heftruckattest heeft.
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug heeft, of de werking ervan al kent.
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust werkt.
  • Veiligheidsvoorschriften consequent toepast.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en graag nieuwe vaardigheden aanleert.
  • Voldoende Nederlands begrijpt om werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften correct te volgen.
