Voor een stabiele onderneming met een familiale KMO-mentaliteit zoeken we een gemotiveerde draaier die graag met techniek bezig is. Je gaat aan de slag met een conventionele draaibank en krijgt de kans om je kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Je wordt hierbij begeleid door een ervaren collega die zijn vakkennis met plezier aan jou doorgeeft.Ervaring met conventioneel draaien is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen absolute vereiste. Vooral jouw technische interesse, motivatie en ingesteldheid maken het verschil!

Jobomschrijving

Als draaier werk je met een conventionele draaibank en leer je hoe je verschillende onderdelen nauwkeurig bewerkt. Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding om vertrouwd te raken met de machines, de werkwijze en de technische vereisten.Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het bedienen en instellen van een conventionele draaibank.
  • Het bewerken van onderdelen met oog voor nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit.
  • Het aanleren en toepassen van de juiste draaitechnieken.
  • Het kennismaken met CNC-technieken, die in beperkte mate binnen de functie aan bod komen.
  • Het verder ontwikkelen van je technische kennis en vaardigheden.Afhankelijk van je ervaring en kennis krijg je de nodige ondersteuning om de functie goed onder de knie te krijgen. Je staat er dus niet alleen voor!

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die graag met techniek bezig is en zin heeft om bij te leren.

  • Je hebt interesse in techniek en machines.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en hebt een positieve werkattitude.
  • Je kan je voldoende goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands om instructies te begrijpen en vlot samen te werken met collega's.
  • Je hebt respect voor anderen en voelt je goed in een team met verschillende achtergronden.Heb je al ervaring met een conventionele draaibank of een andere technische functie? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt. Ook kandidaten die hun technische vaardigheden verder willen ontwikkelen of een nieuw vak willen leren, komen in aanmerking.Voor ons zijn jouw motivatie, technische interesse en ingesteldheid minstens even belangrijk als je ervaring.
