Voor een stabiele onderneming met een familiale KMO-mentaliteit zoeken we een gemotiveerde junior draaier. Ervaring is absoluut geen must: je krijgt de kans om het vak volledig aan te leren op de werkvloer, onder begeleiding van een ervaren collega die zijn kennis graag aan jou doorgeeft voor hij met pensioen gaat. Een mooie kans dus om een technische functie van A tot Z onder de knie te krijgen en jezelf op lange termijn verder te ontwikkelen.

Jobomschrijving

Als junior draaier word je stap voor stap opgeleid tot een echte vakman. Je leert werken met een conventionele draaibank en krijgt de nodige begeleiding om de verschillende technieken en handelingen onder de knie te krijgen.Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het bedienen en leren instellen van een conventionele draaibank.
  • Het uitvoeren van draaiwerk en het bewerken van onderdelen volgens de gevraagde specificaties.
  • Kennismaken met CNC-technieken, die in beperkte mate binnen de functie aan bod komen.
  • Je technische kennis en vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen onder begeleiding van een ervaren collega.Je hoeft dus niet alles al te kunnen. Je krijgt de tijd en ondersteuning om het vak stap voor stap te leren.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid en interesse in techniek.

  • Je hebt een passie voor techniek en bent benieuwd naar hoe machines en onderdelen werken.
  • Je hebt zin om een technisch beroep aan te leren en staat open voor nieuwe kennis.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en hebt een positieve werkattitude.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, zodat je de uitleg en instructies goed begrijpt.
  • Je hebt respect voor collega's en werkt graag samen met mensen met verschillende achtergronden.Een technische opleiding of ervaring als draaier is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Ook als starter ben je welkom, zolang je de motivatie hebt om het vak te leren.
