The posting

Technische Scholen Mechelen is op zoek naar een voltijdse leerkracht ad interim (100% lesopdracht) met een sterke interesse in audiovisuele kunst, fotografie en hedendaagse beeldcultuur. Je geeft het vak Audiovisuele vorming in de 2de graad Beeldende en audiovisuele vorming, en de vakken Foto & Beeldcultuur en Mixed Medialab in de 3de graad Audiovisuele vorming.

Deze interim start normaal op 22 januari 2027 (exacte datum kan enkele dagen schuiven) en loopt over een totale periode van 28 kalenderdagen, of 35 met inbegrip van de krokusvakantie, normaal tot en met 25 februari.

Vakinhoudelijk:Je begeleidt leerlingen bij het onderzoeken, ontwikkelen en presenteren van audiovisuele en fotografische creaties. Je brengt theorie en praktijk samen en helpt leerlingen bewuste keuzes te maken over wat ze willen vertellen en hoe ze dat via beeld en geluid kunnen vormgeven. Daarbij:

  • laat je leerlingen experimenteren met fotografische en audiovisuele bouwstenen, technieken, materialen en digitale media
  • werk je rond onder meer beeldcompositie, licht, standpunt, scenario, montage, geluid en de relatie tussen inhoud en vorm
  • stimuleer je het kritisch bekijken en bespreken van historische en hedendaagse audiovisuele kunst en beeldcultuur
  • begeleid je leerlingen doorheen het artistieke proces, van onderzoek en inspiratie tot creatie, reflectie en presentatie
  • geef je ruimte aan persoonlijke expressie, verbeelding en samenwerking bij individuele en gemeenschappelijke projecten

Pedagogisch:Je:

  • bereidt leerprocessen voor, organiseert en begeleidt ze
  • stimuleert leerlingen om zelfstandig, onderzoekend en methodisch te werken en hun keuzes te verwoorden
  • houdt rekening met verschillen in voorkennis, tempo, interesses en expressiemogelijkheden
  • geeft gerichte feedback, volgt leerlingen op en evalueert zowel het proces als het artistieke werk
  • werkt samen met collega's aan een samenhangende aanpak van theorie, praktijk en projectwerking
  • registreert relevante gegevens in het leerlingenvolgsysteem (evaluaties, opvolging)

Je beschikt over relevante vakkennis in audiovisuele vorming, fotografie en beeldcultuur en kan die vertalen naar haalbare, uitdagende opdrachten voor leerlingen. Je hebt voeling met hedendaagse audiovisuele media en artistieke praktijken, en inzicht in beeldtaal en de mogelijkheden van beeld, geluid, fotografie en montage. Ervaring met digitale beeldbewerking en audiovisuele productietools is een pluspunt.

Je:

  • kijkt met een kritische en nieuwsgierige blik naar kunst, media en de wereld rondom je
  • stimuleert creativiteit, experiment, verbeelding en een persoonlijke artistieke aanpak
  • begeleidt leerlingen zowel technisch als inhoudelijk en hebt aandacht voor het artistieke proces
  • werkt planmatig, nauwkeurig en flexibel en kan opdrachten bijsturen waar nodig
  • communiceert helder, geeft constructieve feedback en staat open voor verschillende visies
  • werkt graag samen met leerlingen en collega's en draagt bij aan een samenhangende aanpak binnen het schoolteam

Een pedagogisch diploma is vereist, of je bent bereid een lerarenopleiding te volgen.
