Role Description

Our client is committed to leveraging advanced technologies to enhance productivity and collaboration. They are seeking a skilled CoPilot Studio and Modern Workspace Administrator to manage their CoPilot Studio environment and modern workspace platforms, including Power Platform and SharePoint. The role will also involve workflow automation, document management system (DMS) administration, and AI use case development for key business functions.

The administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, and related technologies. The position includes collaborating with business units to define AI-driven solutions for departments such as HR, Customer Service, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft CoPilot Studio.
  • Create and manage AI copilots for HR, Customer Service, and Legal departments.
  • Define and refine AI use cases with stakeholders.
  • Set up and manage security measures for AI applications.
  • Monitor AI performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Implement and maintain workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Design and optimize workflows to streamline operations.
  • Ensure integration of automated workflows across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and maintain document management systems (DMS) for secure document handling.
  • Define policies for document control, access, and retention.
  • Provide training on DMS best practices and capabilities.
  • Administer Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI environments.
  • Configure and manage environments and security policies in the Power Platform.
  • Provide user support and training on Power Platform tools.
  • Manage SharePoint Online, including sites, libraries, and workflows.
  • Control user access and implement document workflows.
  • Provide support and guidance for SharePoint features and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience administering Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, and workflow automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of document management system (DMS) principles and implementation.
  • Experience defining and implementing AI use cases for business units such as HR, Customer Service, and Legal.
  • Expertise in cloud-based services and architecture, particularly within Microsoft 365.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate) are preferred.
