Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new market opportunities and generate new sales leads.
  • Follow up on the sales pipeline to secure orders and ensure successful project completion, while maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales objectives and monthly targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from pre-sales discussions, quotation preparation and order negotiations to contract review and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to introduce products and enhance product knowledge among new and existing customers.
  • Provide technical & sales support to key clientele like Architects, Lighting Consultants, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers and M&E Consultants
  • Maintain and develop trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers through understanding their business activity and needs
  • Promote and represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations
  • Prepare reports and forecasts as and when requested by the management in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Building Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building or construction industry is preferred.
  • Passionate about sales and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Enjoy working with a dynamic team and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, well-organised, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A proven track record in project sales and experience in preparing large-scale tenders would be an advantage.
  • Candidates without prior sales experience but with a positive working attitude and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
