About this job

Als senior beleidsonderzoeker hoger onderwijsbeleid ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden, uitvoeren en verwerven van onderzoeks- en adviesprojecten binnen het domein hoger onderwijs (mbo, hbo en wo). Je werkt op het snijvlak van beleid, onderzoek en strategie.

Dat doe je samen met ons enthousiaste team van zo’n 35 consultants in Amsterdam en regelmatig ook met collega's uit onze internationale kantoren.

Your profile

  • Academisch werk- en denkniveau en ervaring met beleidsonderzoek en/of strategisch advies
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden van (internationale) projecten en (project)teams
  • Een relevant netwerk en goed inzicht in (inter)nationale ontwikkelingen binnen het onderwijsbeleid
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk) in het Nederlands én Engels
  • Minimaal acht jaar relevante werkervaring

Your responsibilities

  • Verwerven van opdrachten voor Nederlandse, Vlaamse en buitenlandse (semi)publieke organisaties zoals ministeries van onderwijs, UNL, Vereniging Hogescholen, NWO, Regieorgaan SIA, MBO Raad, DG EAC en Eurofound
  • Klanten kennis, inzicht en feitelijke informatie bieden om hun complexe beleidsvragen te beantwoorden.
  • Vertalen van klantvragen naar een praktische aanpak waarin onderzoek, op basis van kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve onderzoeksmethoden, en strategische ondersteuning centraal staan.
  • Schrijven van heldere Nederlands- of Engelstalige rapportages voor onze klanten en belanghebbenden.
  • Werken in samenwerking met een (internationaal) team van consultants.
  • Bijdragen aan kennisdeling, methodologische ontwikkeling en strategie binnen Technopolis en het begeleiden van minder ervaren collega’s

  • Een aanstelling van maximaal 40 uur en minimaal 32 uur per week.
