Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Coordinador/a Socioterritorial, para ser parte del equipo de la Inmobiliaria Social en la Región Metropolitana.

🎯 El desafío que asumirás

Coordinar la apertura, desarrollo y cierre de los proyectos urbano-habitacionales de la Inmobiliaria Social, efectuando la gestión social de los programas habitacionales con familias en situación de exclusión en la Región Metropolitana.

💪 Lo que harás en este rol

  1. Organizar la demanda en los procesos de apertura y postulación de proyectos, asegurando la factibilidad social y familiar de las comunidades, con el fin de garantizar la apertura de nuevos proyectos en la Inmobiliaria Social.
  2. Desarrollar la gestión social de los programas habitacionales en comunidades cuyos proyectos estén en fase de operación, incorporando nuevas metodologías asociadas al sello social de TECHO, hasta su cierre administrativo.
  3. Mantener vínculos de trabajo y de colaboración con actores públicos y privados de la RM, en beneficio de los proyectos y sus comunidades.
  4. Diagnosticar, diseñar, ejecutar y evaluar proyectos e iniciativas sociales vinculadas a temas urbano-habitacionales.

Requisitos

🔎 Lo que necesitas para sumarte

Formación

• Profesional de las Ciencias Sociales.

Experiencia

• Al menos un año de experiencia en postulación a proyectos.

• Al menos un año de experiencia en el ámbito de vivienda.

• Deseable experiencia en gestión y manejo de grupos.

Conocimientos y herramientas

• Conocimiento de los programas habitacionales del MINVU.

• Conocimiento de metodologías participativas.

• Manejo de Office nivel intermedio.

• Manejo de Monday, Canva y Drive.

• Licencia de conducir clase B, excluyente.
