Arbetsbeskrivning Vi söker en erfaren Business Analyst som tillsammans med verksamheten ska definiera framtida rapporterings- och analysbehov kopplade till införandet av ett nytt ERP-system (SAP S/4HANA) inom energibranschen. Uppdraget omfattar att identifiera, analysera och dokumentera verksamhetens behov av rapporter, dashboards, KPI och beslutsunderlag inom följande områden:

Inköp

Project Portfolio Management

Asset Management

Underhåll

Finans

Fokus ligger på att definiera vilka rapporter och analyser som ska utvecklas i organisationens analysplattform samt rekommendera vilka rapporter som lämpar sig för direkt användning i ERP-systemet. Uppdraget omfattar även att kartlägga, verifiera och vid behov komplettera målgrupper och användningsområden för befintlig och framtida rapportering. Arbetet inleds med en inventering av befintlig rapportering och identifierade målgrupper. Ansvarsområden Genomföra en nulägesinventering av befintlig rapportering inom ERP-system, analysplattformar och relevanta självservicelösningar.

Dokumentera informationsbehov och rapporteringskrav.

Etablera en övergripande förståelse för befintliga KPI, nyckeltal och affärsregler.

För prioriterade rapporteringsområden definiera, förankra och dokumentera mätetal och verksamhetsregler som krävs för framtida rapportering.

Genomföra gap-analyser mellan befintlig och framtida rapportering.

Samverka med verksamheten, ERP-programmet, analysteam och andra relevanta utvecklings- och dataorganisationer.

Leverabler Rapportkatalog med identifierade rapportbehov, målgrupper och prioriteringar.

Dokumenterade verksamhets-, informations- och rapporteringskrav.

Rekommendation om vilka rapporter som ska hanteras direkt i ERP-systemet respektive i analysplattformen.

Definition och dokumentation av KPI, nyckeltal, affärsregler och rapporteringskrav som underlag för utveckling.

Kravspecifikationer för nya rapporter.

Required Skills and EducationKompetenskrav Minst 5 års erfarenhet som Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst eller motsvarande inom Business Intelligence.

Erfarenhet av ERP-system och rapporteringslösningar.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av kravinsamling inom rapportering, BI och analys.

Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Flytande svenska är ett obligatoriskt krav.

Meriterande kompetenser Erfarenhet av SAP ERP eller SAP S/4HANA, gärna inom inköp, finans, Asset Management, underhåll eller projektstyrning.

Erfarenhet av Power BI.

Erfarenhet från energibranschen.
