Arbetsbeskrivning Vår kund är en större svensk offentlig organisation som behöver förstärkning inom ett verksamhetsområde med fokus på beskattning av privatpersoner. Kunden söker en erfaren systemutvecklare som kan bidra till teamets leveranser och långsiktiga utveckling. Arbetet bedrivs i tvärfunktionella, agila team som ansvarar för hela utvecklingskedjan – från analys och krav till design, utveckling, test, testautomation, release och driftsättning. Du förväntas kunna arbeta över flera kompetensområden och bidra där teamets behov finns. Utvecklingsmiljön är komplex och omfattar flera generationer av teknik, plattformar och verktyg. För att lyckas i uppdraget behöver du erfarenhet av agilt arbete enligt SAFe samt fullstack-utveckling med både frontend och backend. Vi söker dig som är en lagspelare, bygger långsiktiga relationer och gärna delar kunskap och utvecklas tillsammans med dina kollegor. Arbetsuppgifter Delta i analys av stories och planering av utvecklingssprintar.

Utveckla och förvalta system utifrån kravunderlag.

Granska och testa kod.

Leverera kod och funktionalitet till integration.

Genomföra uppföljning av system i produktionsmiljö.

Obligatoriska krav Minst 8 års sammanlagd, praktisk och aktuell arbetslivserfarenhet av programvaruutveckling i Java.

Minst 4 års aktuell arbetslivserfarenhet av SQL.

Minst 4 års aktuell arbetslivserfarenhet av Linux/Unix.

Minst 2 års aktuell arbetslivserfarenhet av Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform eller motsvarande containerplattform.

Aktuell erfarenhet av Oracle WebLogic Server.

Kompetensnivå minst 3 enligt gällande ramavtal.

Kompetensnivå 3 innebär normalt 4–8 års erfarenhet och förutsätter att konsulten har hög kompetens inom relevant område, roll, programvara och språk. Konsulten ska ha deltagit i flera uppdrag med hög kvalitet, kunna fungera som förebild för mindre erfarna kollegor, ta ansvar för ett delområde och kunna leda en mindre grupp. Konsulten ska även kunna arbeta självständigt. Meriterande krav Erfarenhet av förvaltning av IT-system inom beskattning av privatpersoner.

Erfarenhet från en IT-avdelning inom en större svensk offentlig organisation med minst 10 000 medarbetare.
