Identifiera och undanröja hinder för teamets framdrift.

Säkerställa fokus på iterationens mål och främja transparens gentemot intressenter.

Leda retrospektiv, PI-planning enligt SAFe och andra agila ceremonier.

Driva förändringsledning kopplad till kultur, värdegrund och arbetssätt.

Samla in data för att mäta och analysera teamens prestationer samt identifiera förbättringsområden.

Arbeta med teamutveckling.

Fungera som kommunikationsbrygga mellan team, ledning och intressenter.

Kvalificeringskrav (skallkrav) Minst fem (5) års erfarenhet av agilt arbete i rollen som Scrum Master. Erfarenheten ska ha förvärvats under de senaste sju (7) åren.

Minst tre (3) års dokumenterad erfarenhet som agil coach med ansvar för förändringsledning genom agila metoder. Erfarenheten ska ha förvärvats under de senaste sex (6) åren och styrkas genom referensuppdrag. Referensuppdragen ska tydligt beskriva konsultens roll, uppdragsperiod, ansvarsområden, genomförda förändringsinsatser och resultat. De ska visa praktisk erfarenhet av att utveckla agila arbetssätt och stödja förändring på team- eller organisationsnivå.

Djup förståelse för agila principer och erfarenhet av att leda agila utvecklingsteam.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att ha drivit minst tre (3) förändringsledningsprojekt eller uppdrag i rollen som Scrum Master, agil coach, projektledare eller motsvarande.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av agila metoder, gärna styrkt genom certifieringar såsom Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master eller SAFe.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av Jira eller liknande verktyg för hantering av user stories, epics och relaterade arbetsuppgifter.

God ledarskapsförmåga och stark kommunikativ förmåga.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att facilitera workshops och utbildningar.

God teknisk förståelse och intresse för digitalisering.

Relevant akademisk examen eller motsvarande kompetens förvärvad genom erfarenhet.

Meriterande kompetens (börkrav) Erfarenhet av agilt arbete inom offentlig sektor eller myndighet.

Uppdragsperiod Startdatum: 4 januari 2027 eller snarast möjligt efter godkänd registerkontroll. Slutdatum: 17 januari 2028. Förlängningsoption: Möjlighet till förlängning finns.
