Arbetsbeskrivning Vi söker en erfaren IT-supporttekniker med minst 9 års erfarenhet, för att stärka IT-support. Uppdraget innebär främst användarsupport för Mac, PC, Windows 11, mobiler och skrivare samt kräver mycket goda kunskaper inom Microsoft 365, Teams och Intune. Arbetet omfattar även support och underhåll av mötesrum och AV-utrustning, inklusive montering, nedmontering och iordningställande av arbetsplatser. Du bidrar även till att ta fram och förbättra teknisk dokumentation, framför allt inom M365, Teams och Windows 11. Rollen kräver att du kan arbeta självständigt och samarbeta med andra IT-team. Erfarenhet av ärendehanteringssystemet Nilex är relevant men inget krav. Skall-krav: Du ska ha omfattande erfarenhet av användarsupport för Mac.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av utrullning av datorer.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av Windows 11, Microsoft 365 och Teams.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av Microsoft Intune.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av Active Directory.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av användarsupport inom utskrifts- och skrivarhantering.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av arbete i ärendehanteringssystem.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av ITIL-baserade processer.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av montering och demontering av IT- och AV-utrustning.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av teamarbete där god sammanhållning, samarbete och gemensamma leveranser prioriteras.
