TechSeed är ett medarbetarägt konsultbolag på en kraftig tillväxtresa och söker nu dig som Lösningsarkitekt som även kommer få en stor grad av inflytande och insyn i hur vi växer framåt. Vi bygger med ambitionen att ta ett helhetsgrepp om uppkopplade ekosystem och lösningar. Vi söker dig som trivs i konsultrollen och samtidigt vill bidra till att skapa vägen framåt för TechSeed – Tillsammans.

Som lösningsarkitekt hos oss blir du en nyckelperson i att ta fram och förankra arkitekturen för lösningar i komplexa miljöer. Du arbetar som konsult i uppdrag hos kund, där du hjälper verksamhet och team att fatta rätt beslut kring arkitektur, teknikval och design som är robust, skalbar och kostnadseffektiv över tid. Du ritar, förklarar och omsätter krav till lösningar som fungerar i verkligheten – samtidigt som du lyssnar, utmanar och skapar samsyn mellan olika intressenter. Ofta rör du dig i gränslandet mellan integration, moln, säkerhet och data. Lika ofta är du med och skapar förutsättningar för automation och AI i praktiken, där rätt arkitektur blir möjliggöraren för nästa generations arbetssätt.

I den här rollen kommer du tillhöra enheten TechSeed Hyperautomation, vars fokus är att bygga lösningar inom hela automationsspannet – från integration och orkestrering till intelligent automation och nästa generations AI-drivna arbetssätt. Vi sammanlänkar olika delar av organisationer och tekniker för att minska manuella metoder som kräver mycket tid och resurser, och bygger lösningar där integrationer, API:er, automation, AI och low-code samverkar. Som delägare och anställd kommer du vara med i utvecklingen av våra erbjudanden, få möjlighet att påverka de områden som du drivs av och samtidigt få tryggheten av ett team med gemensamt mål och gemensamma intressen.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig vars expertis är lösningsarkitektur – och som samtidigt gillar att vara nära helheten där affär, teknik och leverans möts! Du är nyfiken på ny teknik, trivs i roller där du utvecklas och trivs i en kultur där vi hjälps åt och bygger bolaget tillsammans. För att trivas behöver du vara bekväm i konsultrollen och utöver din erfarenhet innan du tog dig an arkitektrollen ha minst 3 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom IT-arkitektur eller lösningsarkitektur, där du tagit ansvar för att designa och förankra lösningar i komplexa miljöer.

Du har vana av att arbeta brett över flera teknikområden och att skapa arkitektur som håller ihop helheten. Det kan handla om systemdesign som möter verksamhetens behov, integrationsarkitektur som får plattformar att samverka sömlöst, säkerhetsarkitektur som skyddar information och system, samt moln- och infrastrukturrelaterade val som gör lösningar driftbara och skalbara. Du är trygg i att kommunicera med både tekniska och icke-tekniska intressenter och har förmågan att göra komplexa frågor begripliga, utan att tappa precisionen.
