Etsimme Managing Directoria rakentamaan ja kasvattamaan omaa liiketoiminta-aluettaan Suomessa osana TechSeediä. Et siis tule johtamaan valmista liiketoimintaa, vaan rakentamaan uutta.

Tunnet oman markkinasi, asiakkaat ja ihmiset ja tiedät, miten keskusteluista syntyy liiketoimintaa. Parhaimmillaan tuot mukanasi myös asiakassuhteita, liiketoimintamahdollisuuksia tai ihmisiä, joiden kanssa uusi liiketoiminta saadaan hyvään vauhtiin.

Et lähde rakentamaan uutta yksin tai tyhjästä. Ympärilläsi on TechSeedin porukka Suomessa ja muualla Pohjoismaissa. Meitä on jo yli 200.

Ketä etsimme?

Taustasi voi olla teknologiakonsultoinnissa, IT-palveluissa tai muussa B2B-teknologialiiketoiminnassa. Liiketoiminta-alueesi voi myös olla jotain muuta kuin TechSeedin nykyiset alueet, kunhan se sopii osaksi laajempaa tarjoamaamme ja siitä on mahdollista rakentaa kiinnostavaa ja skaalautuvaa liiketoimintaa.

Sinulla on vahva osaaminen omalta alueeltasi, hyvä verkosto ja kaupallista kykyä rakentaa asiakassuhteita, muuttaa mahdollisuuksia liiketoiminnaksi ja saada hyviä ihmisiä mukaan.

Alkuvaiheessa olet valmis pysymään lähellä asiakastyötä ja tarvittaessa tekemään itsekin laskutettavaa senioritason konsultointityötä. Kun liiketoiminta ja tiimi kasvavat, oma roolisi siirtyy enemmän liiketoiminnan johtamiseen ja skaalaamiseen.

Työskentelet sujuvasti sekä suomeksi että englanniksi asiakkaiden, oman tiimisi ja muun pohjoismaisen TechSeed-organisaation kanssa.

Kaikkein tärkeintä on, että haluat itse vaikuttaa siihen, mitä rakennetaan, et vain johtaa jotain jo valmiiksi rakennettua.

Palkka, upside ja omistajuus

Uuden liiketoiminnan rakentaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä, että palkkamalli voi alkuvaiheessa näyttää hieman erilaiselta.

Toisessa vaakakupissa on merkittävä upside: mahdollisuus hyötyä rakentamasi liiketoiminnan kasvusta ja TechSeedin arvon kehittymisestä pitkällä aikavälillä.
