Job Description

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Any relevant graduate

Experience: 0-3 Years

  • Inventory Management and Stock Reconciliation
  • Vendor Negotiation and Commercial Management
  • Vendor Development and Management
  • Maintaining Project Documentation as per Customer Requirements
  • Delivery Challan (DC) Reconciliation and Tracking
  • Material Procurement Planning and Coordination
  • Monitoring Material Inward and Outward Transactions
  • Invoicing

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of inventory, procurement, and commercial operations.
  • Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
