Som konsult inom IT-säkerhet kommer du bland annat att arbeta med att utveckla och konfigurera olika lösning inom PKI, drift av verksamhetskritiska miljöer samt att stötta andra grupper inom PKI området. Uppdraget kräver ett aktiv deltagande i automatisering av tjänster samt väldigt god förståelse inom utveckling inom området PKI med fokus på autentiseringslösningar. Detta innebär följande huvudområden i punktform.

• Utveckla lösningar för autentisering (programmering och konfiguration)

• Drift av existerande autentiseringslösningar

• Dokumentering

• Mentorskap

• Målmiljön är Linux System

Rollbeskrivning

Avser exempelvis arbete med att analysera behoven av struktur för styrning av användares åtkomst och behörighet, med hänsyn till verksamhetens, it-miljö, krav på säkerhet och effektivitet m.m. Exempelvis genom tillämpning av rollbaserad behörighet, analysering av intrångsskydd. Avser även arbete med implementering av säkerhetsteknik. Kompetens för att utforma och implementera säkerhetslösningar, exempelvis med inriktning på behörighetskontrollsystem, säkerhet i tillämpningssystem, säkerhet i webbtjänster, patchhantering, datakommunikation, brandväggar och andra intrångsskyddssystem, skydd mot skadlig kod, intrångsdetektering, penetrationstestning, hantering av säkerhetsloggar mm. Kräver god kunskap om säkerhetsarkitekturer, PKI, certifikathantering, kryptering samt erfarenhet av implementationer av säkerhetskoncept i olika tekniska miljöer

Kvalificeringskrav (Skallkrav):

-Konsulten ska ha god förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på svenska.

-Konsulten ska ha minst 6 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av systemutveckling.

-Konsulten ska ha minst 6 års praktisk erfarenhet av Javautveckling.

-Konsulten ska ha dokumenterad praktisk erfarenhet av drift, installation och anpassningar av autentiseringslösningar som bygger på OpenID Connect.

-Konsulten ska ha dokumenterad erfarenhet av att implementerat OpenID Provider samt federationsfunktioner enligt DIGG:s Sweden Connect-specifikationer.

-Konsulten ska ha relevanta och aktuella certifieringar inom motsvarande ISC2 Certifierad CISSP och CCSP samt Spring.

Meriterande kompetens (Börkrav):

-Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av att ha arbetat inom säkerhetsklassad verksamhet.

-Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av arbete inom rättsväsendet.

-Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av arbete inom den offentliga sektorn.

Erfarenhet

•Kunskap – hög kompetens inom aktuellt område

•Erfarenhet – 4-8 års erfarenhet inom området. Har deltagit i eller utfört ett flertal liknande uppdrag inom aktuellt område med hög kvalitet. Är förebild för andra konsulter på lägre nivå.

•Ledning – tar ansvar för delområde, kan leda en mindre grupp

•Självständighet – kan arbeta självständigt
