Uppdragsbeskrivning:

Uppdraget som systemutvecklare innebär arbete med nyutveckling, vidareutveckling och förvaltning av polisens IT-stöd för den brottsutredande verksamheten. Våra produkter är centrala för polisens förmåga att utreda brott. Flera av våra produkter genomgår stora moderniseringar och vi arbetar med att göra dem tillgängliga med nya och förbättrade användargränssnitt samt mobila lösningar.

Att arbeta med utveckling och förvaltning av komplexa produkter med höga tillgänglighets- och säkerhetskrav kräver gedigen systemutvecklingserfarenhet samt erfarenhet av driva lösningsdiskussioner framåt. Vi arbetar enligt agila metoder och utvecklingen sker i huvudsak i Java, Angular.

Vi söker dig som är bra på att analysera problem, är lösningsfokuserad och vågar ta för dig. Eftersom det mesta av arbetet sker tillsammans med ditt team är det viktigt att du kan samarbeta med andra. För att lyckas i ditt uppdrag behöver du vara prestigelös och bidra till en lärande kultur och ständiga förbättringar av både våra produkter och arbetssätt.

Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personliga egenskaper och lämplighet.

Det är särskilt meriterande om du har kunskap om Polismyndighetens arbetsprocesser eller har arbetslivserfarenhet från någon av myndigheterna i rättsväsendet.

Kvalificeringskrav (Skallkrav):

  • Konsulten ska minst ha 10 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av utveckling i Java.
  • Konsulten ska erfarenhet av minst 1 uppdrag med JPA, Hibernate eller motsvarande.
  • Konsulten ska ha minst 6 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av utveckling i Angular.
  • Konsulten ska ha erfarenhet från minst ett uppdrag där utveckling med Bootstrap varit en del av uppdraget.
  • Konsulten ska ha erfarenhet av minst ett uppdrag med Maven, Jenkins eller motsvarande.
  • Konsulten ska ha erfarenhet från minst ett uppdrag där utveckling med REST varit en del av uppdraget.
  • Konsulten ska ha god erfarenhet av att arbeta med GIT eller liknande produkter
  • Konsulten ska ha minst 10 års erfarenhet av att arbeta i ett agilt scrum team eller motsvarande.
  • Konsulten ska ha god förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på svenska.
  • Kunskap om arbete med AI och AI-verktyg

Meriterande kompetens (Börkrav):

  • Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av att ha arbetat inom säkerhetsklassad verksamhet.
  • Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av arbete inom rättsväsendet.
  • Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av arbete inom den offentliga sektorn.
  • Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av liknande uppdrag inom Polismyndigheten.
