The posting

GRUPO TÉCIMAN, lleva más de 35 años transmitiendo satisfacción en el desarrollo de Proyectos y Servicios de Ingeniería y Metrología 3D. La manera de ser del equipo de Téciman, se ve reflejado en los trabajos que estamos ejecutando para nuestros clientes.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Encargado/a de Obra con experiencia en construcción y gestión de equipos para nuevos proyectos dentro del sector de la construcción.

Responsabilidades

  • Organización y coordinación de oficiales, peones, cuadrillas y subcontratas.
  • Supervisión de la ejecución de los trabajos conforme a planos, replanteos y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Seguimiento del avance de obra y control de la planificación.
  • Gestión de materiales, herramientas, maquinaria y recursos necesarios para la ejecución de los trabajos.
  • Control de la recepción, almacenamiento y uso eficiente de los materiales.
  • Supervisión del cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
  • Control del uso adecuado de EPIs, así como del orden y la limpieza en obra.
  • Gestión de la documentación y control de asistencia del personal.

Requerimientos

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Encargado/a o Capataz de Obra.
  • Formación acreditada como Recurso Preventivo.
  • Conocimientos de organización, planificación y control de obras de construcción.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, coordinación y gestión de equipos.
  • Residencia en un radio máximo de 50 km de Ontinyent.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en coordinación y gestión de subcontratas.
  • Conocimientos de planificación y control de producción en obra.

  • Autonomía en la organización y supervisión de los trabajos.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo y coordinación de equipos.
  • Responsabilidad y compromiso con el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos.
  • Orientación a resultados y atención a la calidad de ejecución.
  • Capacidad de planificación y resolución de incidencias.
