Dan hebben we een werkplaats waar je helemaal op je plek kan zijn!Je komt terecht bij een officiële verdeler van een gerenommeerd Duits automerk, die doorheen de jaren is uitgegroeid tot één van de grotere spelers binnen de Vlaamse automotive sector.Achter die sterke reputatie staat een team van ongeveer 200 medewerkers verspreid over 8 vestigingen. Toch blijft de sfeer op de werkvloer persoonlijk en collegiaal. Je werkt samen met mensen die dezelfde passie voor wagens delen en elkaar graag vooruithelpen.De werkplaats is modern, professioneel uitgerust en technisch sterk. Je krijgt toegang tot de juiste tools en technologie om diagnoses te stellen en herstellingen kwalitatief uit te voeren. Bovendien wordt er geïnvesteerd in opleiding, zodat je technische kennis blijft meegroeien met de nieuwste voertuigtechnologie.Hier draait het niet alleen om auto's. Dat vertaalt zich in een werkgever die ook aandacht heeft voor het welzijn van zijn medewerkers, met initiatieven rond zowel fysieke als mentale gezondheid.Als Automechanieker zorg jij ervoor dat klanten met een gerust hart opnieuw de baan op kunnen. Je stelt diagnoses, voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit en zorgt ervoor dat elk voertuig technisch volledig in orde is.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een probleem onder de motorkap? Jij vindt het! Je stelt nauwkeurige diagnoses en achterhaalt snel waar het technische probleem zich bevindt
  • Je voert onderhoudsbeurten en herstellingen uit aan verschillende voertuigsystemen, van motor en aandrijving tot elektronica
  • Remmen, banden, uitlaten of motorcomponenten? Jij vervangt en herstelt onderdelen volgens de voorgeschreven kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen
  • Je controleert jouw werk grondig en zorgt ervoor dat iedere wagen veilig, betrouwbaar en rijklaar de werkplaats verlaat
  • Binnen je rol zorg je mee voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplaats waar efficiënt en professioneel gewerkt wordt
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma in Automechanica en hebt door ervaring een stevige technische expertise opgebouwd
  • Echte hands-on mentaliteit en krijgt energie van sleutelen, analyseren en problemen oplossen
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en communicatie
