Je werkt hier niet aan eindeloze reeksen van identieke stukken. De focus ligt sterk op stukwerk en unieke onderdelen, waardoor je als CNC-frezer voortdurend technisch wordt uitgedaagd. Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw sterktes verder uit te bouwen en nieuwe technieken aan te leren.Je komt terecht in een joviale en collegiale werkomgeving met korte communicatielijnen. Zelfs de zaakvoerder maakt er een gewoonte van om zijn collega's elke ochtend persoonlijk te begroeten.Als CNC Frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige bewerkingsproces: van voorbereiding en programmatie tot het afleveren van een nauwkeurig afgewerkt stuk. Je vertaalt technische tekeningen naar concrete producten, stelt machines in en bewaakt de kwaliteit van jouw werk. Omdat je voornamelijk aan unieke stukken en kleine series werkt, krijg je veel variatie en ruimte om jouw technisch inzicht te gebruiken.Wat houdt de job in?

  • CNC-frees- en slijpmachines voorbereiden, instellen en programmeren
  • Technische tekeningen vertalen naar nauwkeurig afgewerkte onderdelen
  • CNC-bewerkingsprocessen zelfstandig uitvoeren en opvolgen
  • Werken aan unieke stukken en complexe maatwerkonderdelen, eerder dan grote series
  • Machines correct instellen en parameters optimaliseren waar nodig
  • Afgewerkte stukken nauwkeurig controleren en kwaliteitsmetingen uitvoeren
  • Afwijkingen tijdig detecteren en waar nodig bijsturen
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen het technische team
  • Jouw kennis verder ontwikkelen in verschillende CNC-bewerkingen en besturingen
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring en kan technische tekeningen vlot lezen
  • Sterke kennis van CNC-sturingen, bijvoorbeeld Siemens of Heidenhain, en bent geïnteresseerd in precisiebewerking
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht en krijgt energie van stukwerk en technische uitdagingen
  • Vlotte Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken
