Krijg je energie van technische plannen, slimme bewerkingen en het creëren van unieke metalen onderdelen?Dan is dit een functie waarin je jouw technische skills stap voor stap naar een hoger niveau kunt tillen.Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde productieonderneming in regio Aalst die gespecialiseerd is in de productie van metalen verbindingsstukken en technische componenten voor professionele toepassingen in verschillende sectoren.Wat deze omgeving bijzonder maakt? Bijna alles gebeurt in eigen huis. Van technisch ontwerp en gereedschapbouw tot productie en verdere afwerking. Daardoor krijg je als technieker zicht op het volledige proces en werk je niet zomaar een standaardproduct af.De lokale organisatie telt ongeveer 160 medewerkers en maakt deel uit van een grotere Duitse familiale groep. Die combinatie geeft je het beste van twee werelden: de persoonlijke sfeer van een KMO én de stabiliteit en slagkracht van een internationale organisatie.In het machineatelier draait alles om precisie, maatwerk en technische uitdaging. Je werkt aan unieke stukken, matrijzen en machineonderdelen en krijgt de kans om je steeds verder te verdiepen in CNC-programmering en verspaning.Als CNC Draaier/Frezer ben je meer dan een machinebediener. Je leert technische tekeningen vertalen naar correcte CNC-bewerkingen, stelt machines in en werkt met afmetingen en toleranties waar elke honderdste millimeter telt.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een technisch plan wordt jouw werkstuk! Jij vertaalt technische tekeningen naar nauwkeurige CNC-bewerkingen en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel exact volgens specificatie wordt geproduceerd
  • Je stelt CNC-machines correct in en leert programma's schrijven en aanpassen om maatvaste onderdelen te creëren
  • Precisie zit in de details! Je werkt met afmetingen, toleranties en technische berekeningen en controleert jouw werk zorgvuldig
  • Je leert de verschillende materialen, machines en bewerkingstechnieken steeds beter kennen en bouwt zo jouw CNC-expertise verder uit
  • Op termijn krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan machinebouw, matrijzen en andere technische projecten binnen de productieomgeving
  • Je denkt actief mee wanneer een bewerking slimmer, efficiënter of nauwkeuriger kan
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in Mechanica, CNC, Computergestuurde Werktuigmachines, Metaalbewerking of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Ervaring als CNC-programmeur, CNC-draaier, CNC-frezer of technisch machinebediener is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw technische feeling en leergierigheid zijn belangrijk
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kan logisch redeneren en hebt interesse in verspaning en CNC-technologie
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en technische communicatie
