Wat als je jouw technische job kan combineren met een verlengd weekend van drie dagen, élke week opnieuw?En alsof dat nog niet genoeg is: je wordt betaald vanaf je thuis vertrekt, rijdt samen met collega's in een volledig uitgeruste camionette en werkt aan projecten waar je jouw elektrische skills écht kan inzetten.Klinkt goed? Dat is het ook.Je komt terecht bij een jonge en sterk groeiende onderneming die gespecialiseerd is in residentiële en tertiaire elektriciteitswerken. Van nieuwbouwwoningen en renovaties tot domotica, laadpalen en slimme elektrische installaties: de projecten zijn gevarieerd en verspreid over Vlaanderen.Ondanks de groei blijft het team bewust compact. Je werkt in een kleine, familiale omgeving waar iedereen elkaar kent en waar je rechtstreeks contact hebt met de zaakvoerder. Geen logge structuren of eindeloze vergaderingen, maar korte lijnen, duidelijke afspraken en vooral veel vertrouwen.Je krijgt bovendien de ruimte om jouw technische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Nieuwe technieken ontdekken, verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en jouw eigen ideeën delen? Graag zelfs.En dan hebben we het nog niet gehad over de grootste troef: je werkt slechts vier dagen per week. Dat betekent dat jouw weekend elke week al op donderdagavond begint.Als Elektricien werk je mee aan uiteenlopende nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten. Je zorgt voor kwalitatieve elektrische installaties en krijgt daarnaast de kans om je te verdiepen in moderne technieken zoals domotica en laadpalen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Van kabel tot afgewerkte installatie! Jij plaatst en sluit elektrische installaties aan binnen verschillende nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten
  • Je staat in voor bekabeling, verlichting, stopcontacten en schakelmateriaal en zorgt telkens voor een nette en correcte uitvoering
  • Techniek staat niet stil! Je krijgt de kans om te werken met domotica, laadpalen en andere slimme elektrische toepassingen
  • Je werkt op residentiële en tertiaire werven verspreid over Vlaanderen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw eigen werkzaamheden
  • Je stemt rechtstreeks met de zaakvoerder en collega's af over planning, materiaal en praktische uitvoering
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond in elektriciteit of hebt via opleiding en/of ervaring een goede technische basis opgebouwd
  • Ervaring binnen residentiële of tertiaire elektriciteitswerken is een mooie troef, maar vooral jouw zelfstandigheid, motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidszin maken het verschil
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt zin om bij te leren
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en communicatie met collega's en klanten
