Dan is dit een werkplek waar jouw vakmanschap écht tot zijn recht komt.Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde automotive groep met meer dan 200 medewerkers en verschillende moderne vestigingen. Jaarlijks worden duizenden voertuigen verkocht en tienduizenden wagens onderhouden en hersteld. Binnen de organisatie komen verkoop, onderhoud en carrosserieherstel samen. Dat zorgt voor een professionele omgeving waarin kwaliteit centraal staat en waar vakmensen de juiste ondersteuning krijgen om hun job goed uit te voeren. Als carrossier werk je in een moderne en goed uitgeruste werkplaats met professionele apparatuur. Je krijgt bovendien de kans om je technieken verder te verfijnen via interne en externe opleidingen. Ook naast het technische werk is er aandacht voor de mensen achter de job. De organisatie zet actief in op mentaal en fysiek welzijn, een aangename werksfeer en mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.Als Allround Carrossier neem je verschillende stappen van het herstelproces voor jouw rekening. Van demontage en koetswerkherstel tot voorbereiding en spuitwerk: je ziet jouw werk stap voor stap evolueren naar een perfect afgewerkt voertuig!Wat houdt de job in?

  • Schade binnen, strakke wagen buiten! Jij neemt het herstelproces van voertuigen mee in handen, van demontage tot montage en de finale afwerking
  • Beschadigde koetswerkdelen herstel of vervang je en je past daarbij technieken toe zoals uitdeuken en laswerk
  • Een perfecte laklaag begint bij een perfecte voorbereiding! Je schuurt, plamuurt en plakt voertuigen zorgvuldig af zodat ze volledig spuitklaar zijn
  • Je staat in voor het spuiten van voertuigen en onderdelen en zorgt voor een egale en kwalitatieve afwerking
  • Je controleert jouw werk nauwgezet en zorgt ervoor dat elk voertuig de werkplaats verlaat met een resultaat waar je trots op kan zijn
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Automechanica of Carrosserie, of hebt een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond opgebouwd via ervaring
  • Ervaring met koetswerkherstel, voorbereiding en spuitwerk en wil jouw technieken verder verfijnen
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, praktisch ingesteld en hebt oog voor detail en een verzorgde afwerking
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
