Deze onderneming bouwt voort op meer dan een eeuw industriële expertise en zet natuurlijke grondstoffen om in hoogwaardige ingrediënten voor uiteenlopende sectoren.Op de Belgische productiesite draait alles rond een indrukwekkend machinepark, complexe productieprocessen en een sterke focus op innovatie en duurzaamheid.   • Als supervisor stuur je een team van techniekers aan. Je verdeelt de taken, motiveert jouw collega's en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking
  • Van preventief onderhoud tot complexe herstellingen: jij bewaart het overzicht over de onderhoudswerken en stemt alles af met de planners en werkvoorbereiders
  • Techniek blijft jouw passie. Daarom ben je regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden om storingen te analyseren en jouw team technisch te ondersteunen
  • Als centrale schakel tussen onderhoud, productie en externe partners zorg je voor een duidelijke communicatie en een efficiënte samenwerking
  • Met jouw analytische blik spoor je terugkerende problemen op en werk je mee aan technische verbeteringen. Zo blijven de installaties veilig en betrouwbaar draaien
  • Een technisch sterke professional met minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving. Een opleiding in elektromechanica of een verwante richting vormt een mooie basis, maar gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring is minstens even waardevol
  • Leiderschap en technisch inzicht gaan bij jou hand in hand. Je weet medewerkers te motiveren, communiceert vlot met verschillende afdelingen en staat zelf graag op de werkvloer
  • Verantwoordelijkheid, veiligheid en resultaatgerichtheid typeren jouw manier van werken. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt oplossingsgericht en hecht veel belang aan voedselveiligheid en milieu. Bovendien blijf je graag bijleren om jezelf en jouw team verder te ontwikkelen
