Dit is een rol waarin je mensen, techniek en verantwoordelijkheid combineert en elke dag zichtbaar impact maakt.Je komt terecht bij een internationale specialist in staalbouw die al generaties lang indrukwekkende constructies realiseert. Van grote staalstructuren tot projecten met enorme overspanningen en complexe technische uitdagingen: hier bouw je letterlijk mee aan constructies die jarenlang deel uitmaken van het landschap.Wat deze organisatie bijzonder maakt, is dat een groot deel van het volledige traject in eigen huis wordt beheerd. Van engineering en voorbereiding tot productie, montage en oplevering werken verschillende technische disciplines nauw samen.Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar vakmanschap en technische kennis centraal staan, maar waar ook sterk wordt geïnvesteerd in mensen. Wie verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen, krijgt daarvoor de ruimte. Wie wil doorgroeien, krijgt de mogelijkheden.Als Teamleader ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de werkvloer en de supervisor. Je stuurt jouw team aan, bewaakt de dagelijkse werking en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Maar je bent geen leidinggevende die de hele dag achter een bureau zit.   • Een sterk team begint bij duidelijke leiding! Jij bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, productiviteit en veiligheid en stuurt bij wanneer prioriteiten veranderen
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen de werkvloer en de supervisor en zorgt voor een heldere communicatie over de voortgang, planning en werking van het team
  • Je bereidt medewerkers en instructeurs voor op nieuwe projecten en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen over de juiste informatie, materialen en middelen beschikt
  • Een probleem op de werkvloer? Jij neemt het vast. Je beantwoordt technische en operationele vragen, neemt beslissingen en zorgt dat het team vooruit kan
  • Je volgt kwaliteitscontroles en prestaties administratief op en zorgt ervoor dat projecten correct worden afgerond en overgedragen
  • Je blijft dicht bij je mensen, denkt technisch mee en steekt waar nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je hebt affiniteit in lassen, technisch planlezen, staalbouw of metaalbewerking
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team is een must, als ook technisch inzicht
  • Je bent organisatorisch ingesteld en people management is een passie
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
