Dan is dit een functie waarin techniek, vakmanschap en leiderschap perfect samenkomen.Je komt terecht bij een vooruitstrevend familiaal bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige stalen ramen, deuren en vliesgevels. Vanuit verschillende vestigingen in België en Nederland worden projecten gerealiseerd voor zowel nationale als internationale klanten.Doorheen de jaren groeide de onderneming uit tot een toonaangevende speler binnen de markt, met indrukwekkende referenties in zowel moderne architectuur als prestigieuze renovatieprojecten. Achter die realisaties staat een team van vakmensen dat elke dag opnieuw streeft naar een perfecte combinatie van techniek, esthetiek en kwaliteit. De bedrijfscultuur steunt op vier duidelijke waarden: Klantgerichtheid, Respect, Ambitie en Kwaliteit. Je merkt die waarden niet alleen aan het eindproduct, maar ook aan de manier waarop collega's samenwerken.De organisatie blijft volop groeien en kijkt naar de toekomst. In 2027 verhuist de site naar een nieuw en modern bedrijfsgebouw in De Prijkels in Nevele. Een nieuwe werkomgeving dus, binnen een onderneming die volop in beweging is.Als meewerkend Teamleader Voormontage stuur je een team van drie monteurs aan binnen het atelier. Je zorgt ervoor dat de voormontage vlot verloopt en dat ieder stuk schrijnwerk technisch perfect voorbereid naar de volgende fase kan. Je bent niet iemand die vanop afstand leiding geeft. Je staat midden in het team, kent de technische praktijk en helpt zelf mee wanneer dat nodig is.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een sterk eindproduct begint bij een sterke voormontage! Jij stuurt een team van drie monteurs aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte en aangename samenwerking
  • Je leest zelfstandig technische plannen en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke instructies waarmee jouw team meteen aan de slag kan
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de montage van klinken, sloten, scharnieren en ander beslag op stalen ramen en deuren
  • Kwaliteit zit in de details! Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk en zorgt ervoor dat ieder element volgens de vooropgestelde normen wordt afgewerkt
  • Samen met de productieverantwoordelijke volg je de planning en voortgang op, zodat het schrijnwerk tijdig klaar is voor de plaatsing bij de klant
  • Je waakt over een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek en houdt de productiviteit binnen jouw team mee in de gaten
  • Een technische uitdaging? Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt. Je helpt collega's bij problemen en begeleidt hen naar een correcte oplossing
  • Je motiveert je team, neemt initiatief en zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking binnen de voormontage
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en bij voorkeur ervaring binnen montage, schrijnwerk of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving
  • Leidinggevende kwaliteiten en krijgt energie van mensen begeleiden, motiveren en beter maken
  • Nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor detail en kwaliteit
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis voor communicatie en technische instructies
