Wil jij als Technisch Teamlead Elektrische Montage jouw technische kennis combineren met het aansturen van een team, zonder nog voortdurend naar het buitenland te moeten reizen?Deze gevestigde technische speler heeft meer dan 60 jaar ervaring in het ontwerpen en realiseren van geautomatiseerde procesinstallaties voor de voedingsindustrie. Vanuit de Belgische productiesite worden complete installaties voorbereid voor internationale klanten, voornamelijk in de bakkerijsector.Je komt terecht in een organisatie met korte communicatielijnen, een no-nonsense mentaliteit en heel wat technische expertise. Dankzij de geplande pensionering van een ervaren collega krijg je de kans om zijn jarenlange kennis over te nemen en op termijn een sleutelrol binnen de productieafdeling te vervullen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Technisch Teamlead Elektrische Montage combineer je het aansturen van de premontage- en bekabelingsafdeling met technisch meewerken op de werkvloer
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse planning, verdeelt de taken onder jouw medewerkers en bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Daarnaast fungeer je als technisch aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en stem je regelmatig af met engineering en de productiemanager om technische problemen efficiënt op te lossen
  • Bovendien krijg je de kans om de uitgebreide expertise van een ervaren collega over te nemen en geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen de afdeling
  • Tot slot werk je mee aan de uitbouw van elektrische pre-testing, waarbij componenten vooraf worden getest om technische problemen tijdens de internationale installatie te vermijden
  • Je beschikt over een graduaat in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektromechanica of elektriciteit
  • Een goede elektrische én mechanische kennis is belangrijk om technische vraagstukken binnen premontage en bekabeling te begrijpen, waarbij je ook bereid bent om zelf mee te werken op de vloer
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands om jouw collega's correct aan te sturen en de veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werkvloer te bewaken
