Dat maakt deze job bijzonder interessant voor een lasser die zijn vakkennis graag breed inzet en verder wil ontwikkelen.Binnen het team heerst een collegiale en no-nonsense sfeer. Ervaren vakmensen werken nauw samen, helpen elkaar vooruit en delen hun kennis. Tegelijk krijg je de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor de kwaliteit van jouw werk.Ben jij een ervaren lasser die trots is op een strakke lasnaad en pas tevreden is wanneer een werkstuk technisch én visueel klopt?   • Een sterke constructie begint bij een perfecte las! Jij last en stelt metalen constructies en onderdelen samen volgens de technische specificaties
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen en vertaalt deze naar een correcte uitvoering
  • Je bereidt laswerken zorgvuldig voor, werkt ze netjes af en controleert het eindresultaat op kwaliteit
  • Je werkt met verschillende lastechnieken en materialen, waardoor je technische kennis voortdurend wordt uitgedaagd
  • Kwaliteit zit in de details! Je controleert jouw werk nauwgezet en grijpt in wanneer iets niet aan de gewenste standaard voldoet
  • Je werkt samen met collega's om elk project veilig, efficiënt en volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteit af te ronden
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als lasser en beschikt over een sterke technische feeling
  • Technische plannen lezen en voldoende inzicht hebben om zelfstandig te bepalen hoe je een werkstuk het beste aanpakt
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en werkt graag met je handen
  • Een rijbewijs B heb je op zak.
  • Omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften beschik je over een sterke Nederlandse talenkennis
