Dan is deze functie als werfleider iets voor jou!Voor een sterk verankerd familiebedrijf met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in elektriciteit, domotica, hernieuwbare energie en beveiligingssystemen, zijn we op zoek naar een werfleider die houdt van kwaliteit, verantwoordelijkheid en teamwork. Dit bedrijf realiseert hoogstaande woningen, villa’s en projectbouw en staat bekend om zijn vakmanschap en duurzame aanpak. Je komt terecht in een professioneel team dat inzet op doorgedreven service en lange termijnrelaties met klanten. Ondanks de stevige groei blijft de sfeer familiaal en mensgericht.Als werfleider ben jij de spilfiguur op de werf. Je leidt de dagelijkse werking in goede banen, stuurt techniekers en onderaannemers aan, en bewaakt de voortgang en afwerking van elk project. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens plan verloopt, technisch, organisatorisch én qua timing. Daarnaast ben je regelmatig aanwezig op het hoofdkantoor om af te stemmen met de projectmanager, planningen te bespreken en vooruit te kijken naar nieuwe werven.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een sterke werf begint bij een sterke voorbereiding! Jij organiseert de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team goed voorbereid aan de slag kan
  • Je stuurt dagelijks techniekers en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en vlotte samenwerking
  • Kwaliteit zit in de details! Jij bewaakt de technische uitvoering, planning en afwerking van het project
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden tijdig en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit worden opgeleverd
  • Je volgt de nodige werfadministratie nauwgezet op en zorgt dat informatie correct wordt bijgehouden
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met de projectmanager en bespreekt de voortgang, planning, materialen en eventuele knelpunten
  • Aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat technische uitdagingen snel en doordacht worden aangepakt
  • In ruil kan je terugkijken naar een technische opleiding (TSO- of bachelordiploma) in een elektrotechnische richting
  • Je hebt een stabiele werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en hebt ervaring met het aansturen van mensen binnen een technische werkomgeving
  • Je hebt een goede technische kennis van residentiële elektriciteit en kan technische uitdagingen op de werf correct inschatten
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
