Binnen deze functie neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over een toegewezen zone en zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers, processen en doelstellingen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Een uitdagende functie voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, mensen weet te motiveren en houdt van een omgeving waar geen enkele dag dezelfde is!Wat houdt de job in?

  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de toegewezen productiezone
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers met aandacht voor een correcte taakverdeling
  • Bewaken van de productieplanning en toezien op het behalen van de vooropgestelde doelstellingen
  • Controleren van de naleving van kwaliteits-, hygiëne-, veiligheids- en dierenwelzijnsvoorschriften
  • Detecteren van afwijkingen en productieproblemen en tijdig de nodige bijsturingen uitvoeren
  • Nauw samenwerken met andere zoneverantwoordelijken en de productieleiding
  • Meewerken aan continue verbeteringen van productieprocessen en werkmethodes
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedings- of vleesindustrie
  • Sterke leidinggevende en organisatorische vaardigheden met het vermogen om medewerkers te motiveren
  • Resultaatgerichte en stressbestendige ingesteldheid, gecombineerd met een flexibele houding tegenover werkuren
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
